Terms of Service
Effective date: 16 October 2026
These terms apply when you use dawatlink.com. DawatLink is operated by Faisal Hussain IT Services, Islamabad, Pakistan (“we”, “us”). By making an order you agree to them.
The service
DawatLink lets you design an animated digital invitation online. After payment you receive an invitation link to share (for example on WhatsApp), an image of your card and, depending on the package, a 9:16 video for WhatsApp status and an RSVP form with a guest list. You can see a free watermarked preview before paying.
Your content
- You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you type: names, dates, times, venues, map links and phone numbers. Please check your preview carefully before paying.
- You confirm that you have the right to use the names and information you add, and that the people named are happy to be included.
- You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store and display it so we can provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use DawatLink for anything unlawful, hateful, obscene, misleading or harmful, to harass anyone, to impersonate someone, or to send spam. We may remove an invitation that breaks these rules, and in that case no refund is due.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (Rs) on the website and are one-time payments. There is no subscription.
- You pay by Easypaisa to the account shown on your order page and enter your transaction ID (TID). Your order is confirmed when we verify the payment.
- Discount codes: one code per order. Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined.
Delivery
Delivery is instant after your payment is confirmed: your order page shows your invitation link and downloads. Videos are created in your own browser; if your phone or browser cannot create the video, open your order page in Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone, or contact us for help.
Edits
Before payment you can change your invitation as often as you like. After payment, each package includes the number of edits shown at checkout. Your invitation link stays the same after an edit.
How long your invitation stays online
Your invitation link stays online for at least 12 months from the date of payment.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Limits of liability
- We work hard to keep DawatLink online and correct, but the service is provided “as is”. Occasional interruptions can happen.
- We are not responsible for mistakes in details you entered, for how guests use the information, or for problems caused by third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Easypaisa or your mobile network.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed with us in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction.
