Refund Policy

Effective date: 16 October 2026

DawatLink (operated by Faisal Hussain IT Services, Islamabad, Pakistan) shows you a full, free preview of your invitation before you pay, so you know exactly what you are buying. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

When you get a full refund

• Your invitation was not delivered within 24 hours of a verified payment.
• There is a technical fault in your invitation that we cannot fix.

When we can’t refund

• After your invitation has been delivered, we cannot refund for a change of mind. Use your included edits to change names, dates, venues or the design instead.
• Mistakes in details you typed are fixed with an edit, not a refund. Please check your preview before paying.
• Invitations removed for breaking our Terms of Service.

How to ask for a refund

• Contact us within 7 days of your payment using the details on our website.
• Tell us your order code (it starts with DL) and your Easypaisa transaction ID (TID).

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the same Easypaisa account the payment came from, within 5 working days. If that is not possible, we will agree another method with you.
